The Falconets had on Tuesday served the notice of the protest.

They intent going to the Presidential Villa to protest the non-paynebt of their money.

However, their calculation was that the Federal Executive Council meeting would hold as scheduled on Wednesday.

But President Muhammadu Buhari is being expected at the National Assembly to present the 2017 Budget to a Joint Session of the National Assembly.

The placard-bearing Falconets at the National Assembly complained of ill treatment by the Federal Government.
