Hearing of the second election petition challenging the election victory of President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya started on Tuesday.

The hearing is assessing arguments for and against the petition seeking a nullification of the declaration of Mr. Kenyatta as winner of the re-run of presidential poll on October 26.
