Liverpool have won their first title in 30 years after Chelsea beat Manchester City on Thursday night.
Manchester City’s failure to win at Chelsea on Thursday was enough for Liverpool’s coronation as Premier League champions.
After a goalless Merseyside derby at Everton on Sunday, Liverpool shook off the cobwebs to beat Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
That win moved Liverpool very close to winning the title after a 30-year wait.

“Onwards and upwards. We have a lot more happy days to look forward to as long as Jurgen is here.”
