Entrepreneur Maksym Krippa, a key investor in LLC Maincast, has unveiled two groundbreaking TV channels—Maincast Sport and Maincast—along with the upcoming sports streaming platform,Maincast.tv.
The official launch is set for November 30, 2024, following approval by the National Council
for Television and Radio Broadcasting earlier in the month. According to Lider News, the council’s decision on November 7 confirmed the green light for the project.
Diverse Programming for Varied Audiences
Maincast Sport will showcase a range of sports content, including international events featuring Ukrainian athletes, aiming to highlight the country’s achievements on the global stage.
Meanwhile, the Maincast channel will focus on delivering diverse entertainment programs for a broad audience. Both channels will operate exclusively in Ukrainian, running 24/7 to support and promote the national language in media.

Vitaliy Volochay, co-founder of Maincast, outlined the project’s goal of fostering Ukrainian-language content that meets international quality standards. Initially, broadcasts will be freely accessible to attract a broad viewer base, with plans to introduce subscription-based services and innovative advertising models.
