A 24 year-old man Kenyan man has committed suicide after his wife reunited with her former lover.
Fredrick Olang’o was found hanging inside his rental house, Citizen TV reports.
Olang’o was depressed after his wife allegedly left him and returned to her first husband.
Chief of the Bondo Township where Olang’o comes from said the deceased pleaded with his wife to return but she declined.
Walter Ochieng says the deceased hanged himself out of pain. Olang’o before his death worked at a video show room in Bondo town.
People in the community are said to be shocked by the development.
The area administrator is now urging people to desist from committing suicide when faced with life challenges.
Authorities are asking people to seek proper counselling and guidance to avert unplanned deaths.
