Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is visiting Algeria, according to Algeria’s presidency.

The Prince is visiting the north African country for two days starting on Sunday. The visit will primarily focus onĀ economic ties between Algeria and Saudi Arabia.

Mohammed bin Salman is expected to meet Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouayhia.

The Prince’s earlier visit to Tunisia last week was met with street protests.

The protesters were joined by journalists and human rights activists who are unhappy with Mohammed bin Salmanā€™s visit on Tuesday.

Saudi Arabiaā€™s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is accused of ordering the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The Washington Post columnist was killed at Riyadhā€™s consulate in Istanbul, Turkey last month.

The killing of Khashoggi attracted global anger and condemnation. Mohammed Bin Salman and the Saudi Arabia government has denied any role in the journalistā€™s death.
