Read the story of young Rwandan, Abdoul Salam Nizeyimana who has developed a drone to deliver bloods to hospitals in Rwanda.

Rwanda has been leading in many aspects of development in Africa since the 1994 genocide.

Hundreds of people were murdered during the genocide and recovering since then has been a unique story.

Bloomberg has been telling Nizeyimana’s story in a special report.

Nizeyimana is leading a team of young people in Rwanda. They are launching autonomous drones that deliver blood to remote hospitals.

It is a major challenge for many African countries to deliver blood to health facilities in time to safe lives.

Should the technology succeed, there are potentials it could be scaled up to other African countries.

Nizeyimana’s story shows that something good is happening in Africa’s Rwanda.
