Kenya’s opposition political party, National Super Alliance (Nasa) has announced that its members are boycotting products from companies it believes to be allies of the ruling Jubilee party.
The opposition leader in Kenya, Raila Odinga on Tuesday described the repeat presidential election held on October 26 as a “fraud” and vowed not to recognize the declared winner, Uhuru Kenyatta and his government.
Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta has been declared winner of the October 26 repeat presidential election, boycotted by the opposition led by Rail Odinga, winning by 98 percent of total votes cast.
One protester has died on Friday after he was shot at in western Kenya as protests after the repeat presidential election continue in parts of the country.
